Years ago I used to be able to phone or email cape-mail with my international tracking number to find out where it was.
More recently they closed down all of their cape-mail call center numbers.
The last time I had a parcel inspected for duty by SARS they asked me to email invoices to
ctnmailcenter@sars.gov.za
But I've emailed them 3x since November with months going by and no reply.
The other contact number I have is CPTInternational@postoffice.co.za...
